RETURNS POLICY.
We want your SKEW gear to earn a spot in your rotation. This policy explains how returns will work once Drop 01 becomes available for purchase.

Before Drop 01 launches
SKEW Freestyle Snow Pants are currently part of a waitlist release. Joining the waitlist does not create an order, payment, or return eligibility. Final return instructions will be confirmed with the Drop 01 launch.

Return window
For eligible purchases, requests must be started within the return period provided with your order confirmation. Items must be returned unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with any tags and packaging intact.

Non-returnable items
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without original tags may not be eligible for a return. Final-sale or limited-release items may have different eligibility rules, which will be clearly identified before checkout.

Refunds
Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will confirm whether it meets return conditions. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping fees are not refundable unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.

Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order details and clear photos. We will review the issue and help determine the right next step.
