If you have changed your mind on your order, or an item is faulty or damaged, you may return your items to us, but they must be unopened, unworn and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns once you have worn any of our items. This does not affect your statutory rights. You have 14 days once received to decide to return your item/s to us, and then a further 14 days for your item/s to reach us.
Please email us in the first 14 days after receiving your order explaining you want to return your item.
Please return items to the following address, and include your order number or a copy of your order email.

Return postage is at your own cost. We advise getting proof of posting or sending items recorded delivery in case of loss. Once received we aim to refund you within 7 working days (not including weekends) back to your original payment method only. We will not refund your original postage costs, unless your item was faulty.
PLEASE NOTE: If we receive item/s back that show clear signs of wear, your items will be returned to you and you will not receive a refund.
